Just had to share this recipe I adapted from a YouTube Fitness Channel:
-Self Raising Flour (white) or wholewheat
-Skimmed Milk or milk of choice
-Birthday Cake Flavour Whey Protein Powder
Mix ingredients in a bowl to a runny consistency and make in a pre heated waffle maker!!!
I served mine with crunchy peanut butter, you can use chopped fresh fruits or just eat them plain!!!
